谷歌！中国网民拿什么来拯救你！
忙碌了一天，回到家打开Google Reader看看新闻，怎料一个爆炸性新闻让我措手不及。我不敢相信自己的眼睛。关于google退出中国的消息，震惊整个互联网业界，这甚至不是一个商业问题，已经上升到了政治问题。
此消息并不是Google的官方决策，而是来自于Google高级副总裁、公司发展兼首席法律顾问David Drummond的官方博文。想看看原文，不过还要翻墙，唉。。。

Second, we have evidence to suggest that a primary goal of the attackers was accessing the Gmail accounts of Chinese human rights activists. Based on our investigation to date we believe their attack did not achieve that objective. Only two Gmail accounts appear to have been accessed, and that activity was limited to account information (such as the date the account was created) and subject line, rather than the content of emails themselves.

These attacks and the surveillance they have uncovered–combined with the attempts over the past year to further limit free speech on the web–have led us to conclude that we should review the feasibility of our business operations in China. We have decided we are no longer willing to continue censoring our results on Google.cn, and so over the next few weeks we will be discussing with the Chinese government the basis on which we could operate an unfiltered search engine within the law, if at all. We recognize that this may well mean having to shut down Google.cn, and potentially our offices in China.

恐怕也只有Google这样的公司才敢有此举动作为和政府探讨的筹码，在Google决定之前我们不应该悲观，因为中国互联网需要Google，中国企业需要Google，中国网民需要Google。Google是互联网精神最好的体现，开放、自由、创新、共享，或许他正在以自己方式去实现自己的理想主义。失去Google，无疑给中国互联网、中国企业、中国网民带来无可估量的损失。
